Detached rural House for sale in the Pyrenees (1 loft + 2 flats)

The property for sale is a traditional "borda" or farm rebuilt in 2005 like house and an annexed land. Situated in the village of Ara (Jaca), with 50 population, in a very calm valley close to the towns of Jaca and Sabiñánigo (15 min. by car), near the main interesting places of the Pyrenean mountains, and of several ski stations (Formigal, Candanchú), and to 30 min. of France. Nowadays, it is building a highway to 10 km. wich will conect with Basque Country.

Each stay has an independent entrance by the different facades and an independent terrace or garden. Each appartment has dishwasher, fridge, DVD, heating, Hi-fi, kitchen, microwave, television, and washing machine. Loft has double height with an inner stairs. It is located in the limits of the village, a facade gives to a street with an park for children and the others to the countryside. All the rooms have big windows.

Loft is distributed in a diningroom with kitchen, a bedroom with a little room (double room), a little bedroom (single bed), and a bathroom. It is muy luminous, and the hall two great large windows and a balcony. It has chimney and it is of double height.









All the house totally is furnished. The isolation is of climalit and the walls have inner brick camera with insulator. Installation of alarm (smoke, sounds flood, domótico ignition of the boiler and volumetric detector). The heating is of radiating ground by circuit of water by means of gas boiler, and it is regulated with programmable thermostat.







All the facilities (water, electricity, heating, alarm) are totally independent.
